I contacted WJ Kenyon to remove an old cold storage unit in a building that I has recently purchased. It was a long shot as the unit was fairly old and had been commissioned by a previous owner. Luckily I managed to speak to Paulo who remembered putting in the unit many years ago. Paulo was very responsive and we exchanged many messages and had numerous conversations prior to removal to ensure that the team were able to remove the unit when they came on site. I had been searching for Ghusal equipment supplier for a few months when I came across Kenyon. I reached out to Paulo who clearly knew his stuff. After a few consultation phone calls we agreed which equipment we were after and paulo quoted accordingly. After a personal visit to us we went ahead and everything went perfectly. Paulo personally attended the final fitting of the mortuary fridge and assembly of all tables and trolleys. Quality checked everything and made sure we were happy before he left. Our Mosque which is in Chester had previously used Kenyon some 17 years ago when we purchased a double mortuary refrigerator, back then it was our previous Secretary who dealt with it. This time round we needed to update our Ghusl table and i contacted Paulo, from the word go I can’t speak highly enough of Paulo and his team. He would send me regular photos of new installs and i would then forward these on to our community page, we discussed our requirements which was to move our old Mortuary fridge to the new location and Paulo has been in communication with us all the way. He recommended we use his engineers, they were very professional and knew exactly what to do, prior to moving the unit Paulo did a site visit for measurements whilst it was tight it fitted perfectly, a lot of thought and planning had gone in to the relocation, we then ordered our ghusl table. He discussed our requirements in detail with us and demonstrated a clear understanding of our needs. His experience meant that he was able to advise us on the best table for us He clarified delivery times, logistics and procedure so we knew exactly what to expect and when. I can’t speak highly enough of Paulo and his team. From the time we ordered, delivery and post delivery Paulo has been with us all the way. This time we ordered a scissor lift and had no hesitation coming back to Paulo who previously helped us when we wanted our ghusl table. He discussed our requirements in detail with us and demonstrated a clear understanding of our needs. His experience meant that he was able to suggest other options too. He clarified delivery times, logistics and procedure so we knew exactly what to expect and when. Everything went like clockwork and we received our lift on time. Even the courier had been told exactly what to do so it was incredibly easy. We just had one person on site and everything was ‘dead’ easy!
Since delivery, Paulo has been in regular contact ensuring that we’re happy with the item, that we’re comfortable using it and he’s offered to come down anytime should we have issues.

We had an issue with our mortuary trolley at Gravesend Central Mosque. It appeared that the battery was not functioning. I called Paulo and he ran through some diagnostics test with me over the phone to ensure that it was the battery and nothing else. After we were satisfied that indeed it was the battery, a new one was ordered speedily. Paulo has been fantastic and really helpful throughout. He is indeed an asset to the team.
