We offer complete after sales care with guarantees and maintenance programmes across the whole of the UK. Our KenyonCare Mortuary Equipment Service contracts are available for out of warranty products as well as a full spares service at competitive prices. We only supply original manufacturers’ spares.


WJ Kenyon employ dedicated engineers who are fully factory trained. They undergo a comprehensive training programme to ensure competence. We don’t sub-contract engineers like other companies, we supply in-house technical support. We provide servicing and maintenance for the full range of WJ Kenyon Modular Coldrooms and Commercial Refrigeration Equipment. We have an expert team of 42 fully trained engineers covering the whole of the UK.

WJ Kenyon offers superior after sales support on all of our refrigeration products. KenyonCare offers two service and support products to meet your needs. These maintenance programmes are designed to minimize downtime and ensure running conditions are efficient. The use of a regular maintenance package like Kenyon Care can prolong the life of equipment important to the efficiency of your business.

LOLER Certificates

Our service engineers are fully qualified to provide LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) certification. Link to regulations.

Equipment Services

With our rich history of service and manufacturing expertise, we have gained considerable experience and knowledge in equipment servicing and preventative maintenance for refrigeration products. WJ Kenyon’s Service division offers preventative maintenance, emergency breakdown and after sales support for commercial refrigeration equipment for the catering industry. Our team of highly trained engineers provide the highest quality of workmanship, benefiting from ISO accredited systems providing full traceability of works carried out, including important test and calibration documentation.

Regular servicing can prolong the lifetime of equipment, along with helping to ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements, including health and safety. WJ Kenyon offers preventative maintenance contracts which can be tailored to specific requirements and offer the assurance that equipment will all be operating optimally and efficiently, an added option of having fully trained service professionals able to respond quickly, at short notice and with appropriate spare parts. WJ Kenyon also offer integrated service solutions: e.g. entire laboratory service and calibration contracts. WJ Kenyon’s service provides a swift and highly effective response to all breakdown and emergency repairs with call out times tailored to the specific requirements of the client. There is also the added benefit of WJ Kenyon’s technical help desk, which is renowned for its depth of knowledge and quick response times, able to assist clients in providing in-depth technical support, helping the client to get equipment back in service.

Laboratory Service Team

The Laboratory product service team will help with all your after sales service we work closely with our distributor service agents throughout the world. We aim to service all products within 5 working days of receipt.

How the service team can help:

  • Preventative product maintenance
  • Fixed price servicing
  • Calibrations traceable to UK National Standards
  • Calibrations to NAMAS standards are also available at an additional charge
  • On site servicing (normally within UK only)
  • Provide spares

Kenyon are honoured to say that alongside caring for our products and equipment, our expert in-house maintenance department can also maintain, calibrate and service our competitors’ equipment.  Please do not hesitate to enquire about any non-Kenyon Laboratory, Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation LEV, Trolleys or Grossing Stations, Benches or Mortuary Tables that you may own.

Please note:

We operate on a national basis covering the UK 24 hours a day. Our on-site arrival is within 4-5 hours on customer service contracts where Kenyon maintain and service the Temperature control Equipment including Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning and Cryo-Genics.
